These terms apply when you use nnbclub.com and the NNB Sport Club booking and membership services. By using the website you agree to these terms.
1. About us
NNB Sport Club runs a badminton and table tennis venue at 45 Street No. 4, Di An Administrative Center, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with 3 badminton courts and 3 table tennis tables, open 05:00 – 22:00 daily.
2. Bookings
- A booking request sent through the website is only confirmed once the club calls or messages you to confirm (usually within 30 minutes during opening hours).
- Please give accurate details, especially a phone number we can reach.
- Prices are displayed at the venue and given when your booking is confirmed; they may change, and the price that applies is the one at confirmation. Payment follows the club’s instructions.
- If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as early as possible on 0983 991 226.
- The club may decline or reschedule a booking because of maintenance, events or circumstances beyond its control, and will let you know.
3. Membership
Registering through the website is a request for information. Membership benefits, fees and conditions are confirmed directly by the club.
4. Tournaments and events
Some tournaments at the venue are run by other organisations under their own rules. Tournament information on this site is for reference and may change; please confirm details with the organiser.
5. Venue rules
- Follow staff instructions and the venue rules.
- Wear suitable sportswear and sports shoes, and keep the facilities clean.
- Arrive on time; do not run over your booked slot when the next slot is booked.
6. Health and safety
Sport carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for your own fitness to play. Children must be supervised by an adult. The club is liable to the extent required by law.
7. Prohibited use
- Sending fake or spam bookings, registrations or messages.
- Interfering with, attacking or disrupting the website.
- Using site content for unlawful purposes.
8. Content and links
Content, images and logos on this site belong to NNB Sport Club or the respective partners and sponsors. The site links to third-party websites (for example sponsors); we are not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; a new version takes effect when published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation, and failing that by a competent court in Vietnam.
