NNB Sport Club ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nnbclub.com, how we use, store and protect it, and your rights under Vietnamese personal data protection law.
1. Data we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us and some technical data we need:
- Court bookings: name, phone number, email (optional), sport, date and time, court/table number and notes.
- Membership registration: name, phone number, email, sport, level and message.
- Contact messages: name, email, phone number (optional), topic and message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, used to run the site and prevent spam.
- Your browser choices: light/dark theme and cookie consent, stored on your own device.
2. How we use it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
- To confirm, arrange and contact you about your bookings.
- To advise on and manage membership registrations.
- To answer questions and support requests.
- To tell you about changes that directly affect your booking or an event you joined.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
3. Legal basis and consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to us processing the data in it for the matching purpose in section 2. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out.
People under 16 need consent from a parent or guardian before submitting information.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site stores a few essential settings in your browser (theme and cookie choice). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only used if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. Embedded Google Maps are provided by Google and may set cookies under Google’s own policy. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
5. Sharing
We only share data where necessary:
- Technical service providers that host the website and database on our behalf, with servers in Singapore. They may only process data on our instructions.
- Tournament organisers, when you enter a tournament run by another organisation at our venue.
- Competent authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside Vietnam
Because our servers are in Singapore, data you submit is transferred to and stored outside Vietnam. We apply appropriate safeguards and follow the procedures required by Vietnamese law.
7. How long we keep data
Booking data and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months; membership data for as long as you are a member plus 12 months, unless the law requires longer. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored in a database with encrypted connections and access control. Only authorised club staff can see it. No method is completely secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have the right to:
- Be informed about the processing of your data.
- Give or withdraw consent.
- Access your data and ask for corrections.
- Ask for deletion or restriction of processing.
- Request a copy of your data and object to processing.
- Complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.
